The Farmers’ Market is extending its closing time to 7pm for its Christmas market on 21 December.

“It will be great timing for picking up fresh fruit and vegetables, plus a few other treats,” says Tricia Ashelford, the Market’s Manager.

“Santa always puts in an appearance, and it will be a great opportunity for people to catch up as a community before the big day.”

Kiama’s New Year’s Eve Fireworks are the biggest on the South Coast, with the Harbour providing a natural amphitheatre for the event.

While the Fireworks are on at 9pm, the celebrations will commence at 4pm with the Carnival offering rides and side show alley for all the family to enjoy, food stalls and music playing nearby. Wave FM will be doing a live broadcast and providing a soundtrack for the display.

Bring a picnic blanket and the family for a great start to the New Year.
