After seven years at Flinders Public School, the last two as relieving Principal, Natalie Marshall has taken up the role of Kiama Public School’s Principal.
She says she is looking forward to using her background in instructional leadership in the area of literacy to improve what is already a great school.
“I’m really passionate about quality teaching and learning for all students.
“I have worked with a number of schools across the region to enhance their learning practices and am looking forward to being able to utilise my skill set here in Kiama.”
At this point she is working with the School Executive to see what the School’s needs are before implementing any new programs.
At 34, Ms Marshall is one of the youngest principals in the state.
