With work about to begin in earnest, Ken Noble is hopeful his $1.8 million mixed use development in Fern St, covered extensively in earlier editions of
The Bugle, will be completed by the end of the year.

The development is being built on land adjacent to his shops and an adjoining block of public reserve leased from Council. Landscaping by Council will form a seamless connection to the remaining public reserve to the north.
