The world’s best bodyboarders enjoyed showing off their skills on the strong waves at Surf Beach, as they competed in the Australian leg of their World Tour.

Multiple world champion Pierre-Louis Costes of France defeated world title contender Sammy Morretino of Hawaii to take out the competition, in a fine display of aerial bodyboarding.

Mayor Mark Honey lived up to his promise to get out there amongst it if the event was secured for another three years.

The Kiama Bodyboard King Pro is the only Association of Professional Bodyboarding (APB) World Tour event in Australia.
