Illadee has been home to four generations of the Simmons family since it was built in 1907. The 1850sqm property, on the corner of Manning and Barney Sts, is now up for auction.

The house has all its period features, including pressed metal ceilings. While the house is local heritage listed, the L shaped property has potential to be subdivided and developed.

Last year, the Simmons brothers also sold their Mitre 10 property to Council.
