Dawn Service returns to Lighthouse

Following much feedback from last year’s Centenary of ANZAC Dawn Service at Blowhole Point, a decision has been made to hold this year’s service there rather than at the Memorial Arch.

The Arch will continue to the focus of the main March and Service later in the day.

Close to 5000 people attended the ceremony last year, on the site of Kiama’s first Dawn Service.

Kiama’s lighthouse is the only one in Australia to display the Centenary of ANZAC emblem throughout the commemorative period.
